Pre Conference Tour

Wednesday 2nd Jan – Saturday 5th Jan 2013 (3 nights)

A fantastic itinerary has been developed that will take participants into the heart of big timber country surrounding the town of Pemberton, (night 1), and then onto the famous wine making region of Margaret River, (2 nights).  A varied program of visits has been arranged including one of the worlds tallest tree based fire lookouts, forest tram tour, a truffle farm, chocolate factory, cheese factory, caving, Cape Naturalist lighthouse, Busselton jetty underwater observatory, optional forest bike ride, river cruise, river canoe or Yeargerup dunes tour and much more. Of course visits to wineries, boutique breweries and cafes have been included.  Transport will be by air conditioned coach with shared accommodation in hostel style lodgings.
