Conference registration

Earlybird registrations close 1 October 2010

All registrations close 1 December 2010

Before you register

It is recommended that you read the details for each of the following: pre-conference tours, accommodation, workshops, field trips and social events

During the online registration

During the online registration you can

  1. complete registrations for either 1 or 2 people. If you will be accompanied by a partner/guest or another participant please select 2 for this option at the end of the opening page
  2. make selections for the pre-conference tours, accommodation, workshops, field trips and social events
  3. make payment by cheque, credit card (processing fees apply) or direct payment.

In addition, you must select

  1. the social events you wish to attend so that the organisers can cater appropriately (only the winery tour and conference dinner are additional costs for full registrations)
  2. only ONE option for each of the workshop session
  3. only ONE option in pre-conference tour and field trip offerings

After you register

After you have completed your registration

  1. print your Tax Invoice listing the details selected during registration
  2. an email will be sent to the address entered under your Personal Details with your registration number which will allow you to amend your regisration should you wish to to do so.
