AGTA Awards

The Australian Geography Teachers’ Association presents biennial awards to producers of materials used in the teaching of geography. There are thirteen categories of awards, which include textbooks, atlases, audio-visual material, computer software, equipment and teacher reference. Entries are judged on the quality of the product and its contribution to geography teaching in Australia. A citation bearing the emblem of AGTA is presented to award winners, who may display this as the association’s endorsement of the product.

AGTA Award categories are as follows:

  8. Website
